- Operational Information: Details about your community, ongoing projects, and infrastructure that help us assess fit for partnership.
- Letters of Interest: Any formal letters or documents you provide to express interest in collaboration.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely for legitimate business purposes, including:
- To evaluate and establish partnership opportunities.
- To communicate with you effectively regarding your interest and our programs.
- To include your organization's name and a Letter of Interest in our grant proposals to funding institutions, strictly with your prior consent.
- For internal record keeping and project management.
3. How We Protect Your Information
We take the security of your data seriously.
- Confidentiality: We will never sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party for marketing purposes.
- Limited Access: Your information is only accessible to a limited number of our staff and advisors who need it to perform their duties related to your potential partnership.
- Secure Communication: We use secure methods, including WhatsApp Business and encrypted email, for sensitive communications where possible.

Your information is kept strictly confidential. The only instance where we may share your details is when we explicitly ask for your permission to include your organization's name and a letter of interest in a specific grant application to a potential funder. We will always:
- Inform you of which funder the application is for.

- Not proceed without your written (including digital) consent.

We will retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including satisfying any legal or reporting requirements. If a partnership does not move forward, we will delete your information upon your request.
